If he (the culprit) was treated this way, would he have grown up to this age?
One wonders why some people can be so wicked and heartless to carry out this sort of heartless action on an innocent toddler.
Where it happened,I don't know......but watching this video is a proof that this action is a real life incident.
This is ember period and the heart of man is desperately wicked,be very watchful over your children and be mindful of where they spend their holidays or weekends.
